Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location by the garden, and friendly staff. The hotel was looked super fresh, both in the rooms and the common areas. The facilities provided were excellent, especially the beautiful garden area. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions, such as a mosque and the famous Cevahir Mall. The staff were friendly and cute, making me feel at home.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, offering exclusive amenities such as a breathtaking garden area and a relaxing spa lounge with a Turkish bath. the room was luxurious, with private facilities and all the advantages expected from a premium hotel.
One minor issue was the location as it was a bit far from the main street. this was compensated by the hotel providing a shuttle service for its guests.

The older staff members were helpful. We felt welcome. The tall guy spoke English well. The older lady at the front desk was good in English
